Our Services 

Luna & Sol Clinical Nutrition has a range of services available to support you on your health journey.

1:1 Holistic Nutritional Consultations are available in person or online (Zoom). We practice from the Holistic Wellness Clinic located within Ardor Albury - Level 1/445 Dean Street Albury (across from Regent Cinemas).

The aim of our services is to ensure that we are able to create a personalised and tailored treatment plan that supports your goals. Each appointment provides an opportunity to review and assess your progress against these goals, modify where required, acknowledge your achievements and discuss if further investigations/testing is appropriate.

We are extremely passionate about Nutritional Education - the skills, knowledge and resources required to empower and encourage you on your journey. Our consultations will identify specific nutritional information that you may need and include these in your plan. It is important for us to ensure that any information is backed by science and evidence informed.

Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing space that supports you to achieve your unique health goals and live your best life. We want to empower you to feel confident in nourishing your body and optimising your health and wellbeing.

1:1 Holistic Nutritional Consultations

  • A 15-minute Discovery Call provides an opportunity for you to speak to us directly and learn more about the services Luna & Sol Clinical Nutrition offers.

    This service is free and a booking is required to ensure we can give you the attention you deserve.

  • A comprehensive initial consultation is scheduled for 60 minutes. This provides an opportunity for us to conduct a thorough assessment and ensures your treatment plan is personalised to your unique needs.

    During this time, we will:

    • Review your current dietary factors including food preferences and/or intolerances, dietary patterns, cultural requirements and food habits.

    • Complete a comprehensive assessment of your current and past health concerns, including a review of digestive system and other relevant body systems, as well as any current pathology results.

    • Review current prescribed medications and/or supplements.

    • Review key lifestyle factors such as physical activity, work/ study, sleep patterns and daily routine.

    • Where appropriate, completed physical assessments such as weight and height.

    • Discuss any nutritional skills, knowledge or resources you would like to receive.

    • Determine if further functional pathology testing is required

    • Provide within 2 working days a detailed and tailored treatment plan.

    • Relevant nutritional and lifestyle resources will be provided to support your health and wellbeing goals as outlined in the plan.

    • 1 x Check-in phone call (post consultation)

  • An extended return consultation is scheduled for 45 minutes. It is designed to review your progress against your plan and your agreed goals. Appropriate adjustments to your plan may be made to support your progress.

    This extended consultation is recommended if:

    • There are recent pathology results to review

    • You have noticed new symptoms and would like to discuss these at length.

    • You are wanting additional nutritional education (skills, knowledge and resources)

    A return consult enables us to acknowledge your achievements, provide additional support and offer guidance.

  • A return consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes and is designed to review and monitor your progress against your treatment plan.

  • 15-minute session conducted over the phone to offer guidance and keep you on track until your next return consult.

    Being proactive in seeking out support when needed can make all the difference.

    Please Note: An initial consultation must be completed prior to booking this service.

  • Designed to support your individual health goals, a 7-day meal plan includes:

    • 7-days’ worth of recipes, supported by shopping list and how to prepare guides

    This is an add on service for existing clients only. This service cannot be purchased without first completing an initial consultation with us.

Nutritional Packages

  • 1 × 15-minute Discovery Call to discuss the package and determine if this package is right for you

    1 x Initial Consultation (60 mins) to review results of comprehensive stool test and develop up individualised treatment plan.

    1 x Comprehensive Stool Analysis Test to enable a comprehensive review of your current gastrointestinal health to determine the most appropriate and targeted treatment. (includes postage)

    1 x Return Consultation (30 mins)

    1 × 15 min check in session between initial and return consult

    NB: Copies of functional pathology testing results/report will not be sent to client until an initial consult has been completed and results discussed.

  • This targeted service reviews your current dietary intake to determine any nutrient, mineral and vitamin deficiencies or excesses.

    Prior to attending an initial consultation, the client completes a 7-day meal diary to capture all meals and fluids consumed across each of the 7 days. The client sends a copy of all information back to Luna & Sol for analysis, along with a detailed symptom checklist.

    At the initial consult, the client is presented with a detailed report of their dietary intake results and report discussed.

    A proposed treatment plan is then developed in consultation with the client, their short and long-term nutritional goals and analysis report.

  • Prepurchase 3 x Return Consult Packs at our advance purchased rate.

    Return consults must be used within 6 months of purchasing and non-transferrable

  • Prepurchase 3 × 45 min extended return consultations at the advance purchase rate.

    Return consultations must be booked and used within 6 months of purchasing and are non-transferable to another client.

  • Luna & Sol: 2025 Package inclusive of:

    • 1 x Comprehensive Initial Consultation (60mins)

    • 2 x Return Consultation (30 mins each)

    • 1 x Check-In Call (15 mins via phone or Zoom)

    • 2 x 7-day Meal Plans

    Return consults and Check-In call can be booked after initial booking. 7-day meal plans will be developed after initial consult and designed to meet your health goals.

All clients are required to complete a comprehensive initial consultation prior to booking any further services. This is to ensure we have completed an in-depth assessment of your health, including past and current health conditions, past and current medications and/or supplements, along with dietary and lifestyle factors.

Functional Pathology and Testing

Luna & Sol Clinical Nutrition is able to refer our clients for a range of functional pathology and testing to enable further investigation into your symptoms. These tests are conducted by third parties and pricing is set by these services.

Luna & Sol Clinical Nutrition will always discuss with you the types of testing available, their costs and the reason why a particular test may be of benefit during your consultation.
