Walking 122kms in March - “Walk the Walk”
People who know me well know I like a good plan, however sometimes those plans don’t always mean success.
In 2025 I have a couple of goals and one of these is to improve my cardio health. To help me achieve my goal, I have decided back in November to complete a 4 - 5 day walk along the Sydney Coastline in March 2025. I planned to walk between 15 - 25kms. Unfortunately, I erupted my calf in 2024, and this impacted on my preparation. I am still working through to a full recovery.
I have decided however to complete the “Walk the Walk” 2025 to support Australians experiencing homelessness. The fundraiser has been organised by Orange Sky - www.orangesky.org.au.
I will give regular updates on how I am reaching my target of 122kms in 31 days. Follow me @lunasol_clinicalnutrition for regular content and updates.
It is fun to have goals but remember they need to be realistic and achievable.
